2017 Cycling Courses and Rides
Boost your cycling skills! Increase your confidence and improve your riding skills through a cycling course. Courses are available for all ages and abilities.
You can also join one of many free Community Rides throughout Peel and get to know your neighborhood better by bike!
Enroll in cycling classes
Cycling education courses offer bike skills training and on-road practice to help kids and adults learn to ride safely. Courses are provided by the City of Brampton, the City of Mississauga and the Town of Caledon.
- Brampton: visit Brampton.ca Registered Recreation Programs and search for one of the following keywords: “bike” – programs offered include Bike Basics and summer camps.
- Mississauga: visit Mississauga Registered Recreation Programs and search one of the following keywords: “bike” – programs offered include CAN-BIKE Learn to Ride and summer camps.
- Caledon: visit Caledon Parks and Recreation and do an Advanced Search for “bike”.
Community rides are a series of free casual cycling tours for all ages let by the local cycling advisory committee volunteers.
- Mississauga: “Explore Mississauga by Bicycle.” May to October.
Organized by Mississauga Cycling Advisory Committee for residents to explore the city on bike. Group rides range from 12 to 15 kilometres, or about two hours. Details and Registration.
